As soon as people find out I work with animals, visit zoos World wide and am an overall animal lover, they always ask,

“What is your favourite animal?”

To which I never have a real answer like, “tigers”, or “seahorses”, or “whale sharks”.

Why?

Because I have an endless list of favourite animals.  I’m always drawn to any animal once I learn more about them.  There are fascinating and profound aspects to all animal species.

And so, I’ve decided to highlight some of these amazing animal species in a new series, Animal World.  Here you’ll discover and learn about animals that we all love, some you’re not sure of and others you might not have heard of.
