Reflecting on a Zoo Filled Year

With the end of 2013 rapidly coming – it’s only a few hours now – I decided to reflect on the year I’ve had.  This past year I decided it’s now or never, and got out there to visit more zoos and aquariums, and boy has it been a zoo filled year.  This year I visit 8 zoos, aquariums and other such facilities, of which 6 were new to me.  Thanks to these amazing zoos and aquariums I met some new animals, learned more about the animals I already loved and had some new experiences.  I’d also like to say thanks to my reader, old and new for coming along on the ride with me!

Happy New year!
